is there any way to access archived mail for new members? In order to get better insights into the history, development, personalities involved?

Umm, not in the current version. I'm hoping to have that set up for the next deployment in early December.

Well normally you wouldn't get a reply at 1am as I would be in bed sleeping. But as it happens tonight I'm still at work rebuilding as broken server. So while I wait for stuff to install, I figured I'd reply to any new messages. But, thanks regardless for the compliment. :)
