I got a bill from work today and it was stamped with a WW stamp…many times (one on front, 3 on back). I entered it on their website, and found that I had given it its 6th hit from early October. Totally blows my mind. I guess the number of stamps on it really does make a difference! I gotta try this!!
I encourage you to go with a nice stamp like most people on this site do and not mark it multiple times or with crazy markers/highlighters. Although it is not illegal (yet) to mark bills, with crazy marking like that, it is bound to be soon. Check out the other people's markings to see now nice and clean they are for the most part.

Ugly bills also get destroyed faster- some tellers will actually mutilate them themselves and then send them for destruction. DR's right- tasteful is better.

I had some bills about 5 months ago that I stamped many times on both sides. I dont think any of the got or hav hits. I mark my bills now with my large stamp on front and back with a thin stamp down the side of one margin on the front. Ill see if I can scan it in a few weeks.
