Does the web site itself ever change? Has it gradually evolved over time to what it is today? Is there any mechanism/process in place that receives suggestions re the site, considers the suggestion, and, if deemed appropriate or worthwhile, is then acted upon?
For example, I would find it helpful if it were possible to have the site "remember" the condition entered for my last entry. That way, if I'm entering a bunch of brand new bills received straight from the bank, I wouldn't have to set the "condition" information window for each entry.

DR is pretty busy with his life these days and has not made any changes for a while. The site assistants may of more help.

If you receive a bunch of sequential notes, you should be able to enter one and then select 'Back' on your toolbar. This way you only have to change the last 1 or 2 digits and press 'enter note', everything else will have stayed the same for you.
