I have a bunch of $1 and $2 bills (many in groups in succesion) that are in UNCIRCULATED condition.
Are these bills worth anything more than face value?
Even have a bunch of the Centennial (1967) bills. Some with serial # 1867/1967, some with regular serial numbers, and others with a serial number with an "*" at the start (what's up with that?).

some could be valuable – if UNC, they'd certainly be worth more than face. if you let me know what the prefixes are and the issue dates (and signature combinations) i could look them up in my most recent charlton guide and give you a ballpark value for them

the * note is what was called a "replacement" and are much rarer and therefore valuable – especially for the 1967 issue. there's a small premium on the 1967 notes that have no s/n but the regular ones turn out to be more valuable.

some collectors also look for notes in sequence so you might get a premium on those too. just let me know and i can look them up.
