...second grade profile....

I've just made some additions to my profile.

I was particular with the spacing as I typed…and thought I had it set up looking the way I wanted it to look. When I saved it and then looked at it, it looks like I could be in grade two out there somewheres.

I was less than satisfied.

Is there a way to have the spacing etc. that I can achieve in the original transfer and be maintained during the "saving" process?

From my understanding, one needs to save to your profile in HTML.

For some reason, straight text doesn't work well, even in the forum.

I thought I had asked a follow-up question…but don't seem to see it anywhere.

Thank you for your response to my question, Pooga.

Unfortunately, I'm somewhat computer illiterate…so your response prompts another question. How do I save to my profile in HTML?

How do I save to my profile in HTML?

First you have to learn HTML. Or at least the basics, which is all you really need.

I would suggest googling 'learn html' and find a website that teaches basic html. An example is: http://www.w3schools.com/Html/default.asp

It's easy to learn. Several members here have 'fancy' profiles. Mine is about average, and there are several that look almost professional. kayfbee is a good example.

Some word processors also have an option to "save as HTML". I don't know how good they are, as I haven't tried them myself.
