I was taken back a bit when I got gas this morning, the cashier was not going to my money because it was defaced with some stranges markings(her words) all it had on it was track this note @ www.cdn-money.ca….doesn't seem strange to me! "I felt like saying screw you chick"….but I didn't I told her "don't look at me, I didn't do it", now I feel a twinge of guilt for not staying true myself. Oh well hopefully I get several hits on that certain note.
Ask her who's picture is on the bill?
Ask her if the bill is a $5 or a $20 etc.?
If thier answers to those Questions arn't hindered by the markings, then the bill is not defaced. It is not ellegal to mark a bill.

I just tell them the truth… that a bank employee started me tracking money on this site, and that it's fun to know my money has been all over Canada, except for Nunavut.
Ive had a few "looks" and questions, but dont think anyones ever given me a really hard time over stamped money (not a hard enough time that Ive commited it to memory, anyways)
