So far, so good

So far, it's been a great week.

• had my first 7-hit day on Tuesday
• had my first 5-hit day on Wednesday
• got my first Manitoba hit on Tuesday
• got my first Nova Scotia hit today (http://www.cdn-money.com/cdnmoney/servlet/cmtViewBill?ID=373332), which is also my farthest hit and fastest bill

Also today, had an ATM spit out a 1979 twenty in excellent condition. Can't wait to see what happens tomorrow! (Unless, of course, I've jinxed myself by posting this message….)

But if Tuesday WAS the 7 hit day, then it was ALSO a 5 hit day. Or did you count 1,2,3,4,6,7???

Nope, not backwards. A 7-hit day can only be called a 7 hit day. It includes 5 hits but can't be called a 5-hit day because there are 2 more hits, making it a 7-hit day. My first 6-hit day was in January. My first multi-hit day was a 4-hit day (not a 2-hit day). Here are the stats:

First 2-hit day = Dec 04/02
3-hit day = Dec 20/02
4-hit day = Dec 01/02
5-hit day = Mar 05/03
6-hit day = Jan 24/03
7-hit day = Mar 04/03

I plan on getting my first 10-hit day BEFORE my first 8-hit day. Gotta think big! :-)

I can't see it. I counted my first 8 hit day as my first 6th and 7th as well.

I mean if you got 7 hits, you have to assume that there were 5 hits. Unless you skip the 5th, but then that would give you an 8 hit day.

So, employing the methodology that my profile is based on, I would rate you thusly:

2 hit - Dec. 1
3 hit - Dec. 1
4 hit - Dec. 1
5 hit - Jan. 24
6 hit - Jan. 24
7 hit - Mar. 4

But it in the long run… does it really matter?

On March 6 I had my first 6 hit day.

Meaning, yes I did have 1 2 3 4 5 and 6 hits that day, but I'm not calling it my 5 hit day because when that day ended my final number was six.

Maybe tomorrow I'll get my first 5 hit day. (Total number of hits that day.)

Makes sense to me …. If you're playing poker and you get 4 aces, you say that you have 4 of a kind.

Pooga is saying that he has 4 of a kind AND two pairs. It's either one or the other but not both.
