Clock is out!

Some thing has happened to the clock, it seems to be out about 12 hours from where it used to be.
It used to switch to the next day at 5:00pm in the afternoon, It didn't switch until 6:00am this morning.
I am pacific time, at 7:30 am it says 1:30am .
