new to site ... Where do I look up a note???

In all honesty this site is a bit of a mess. Anyhoo, I got a note with a rubber stamp and I just want to lookit up. I can't find anyplace to do that … Poor interface on the site. Should be an input field right at the top for notes, that's what it's all about after all.

Look at the menu bar. Click on 'add note'.

Once you add the note you will get a new window and it will show the note has a history. You can then see the history and know where the note has been. this is your note
