Enter a note in France

Hi !
I'm a member of eurobilltracker.com, a site as CMT and I would like enter some note in France, but I don't know how, France is not available in the country choice.
Can someone help me ?

Try using USA and in the comments say where you are in France …I don't know if this will work but it is worth a try…
