GREAT NORTHERN CANADIAN MONEY RACE

THIS IS GOING TO BE EPIC!

Hey all,

Here's the contest:

Eureka, Nunavut is home to Canada's most Northern post office. Its postal code, X0A 0G0, is the most Northern postal code. If a banknote were to be entered from this postal code, it would beat the current most Northern hit (Sachs Harbour, NT) by an astonishing 7 degrees north ascension (SH is 72, Eureka is 79.6).

To enter the contest, stuff a $5 note into an envelope (with some paper to disguise it, as well as instructions for the Postmaster to enter the note's serial #, and mail it to the Eureka post office (address below). The first person to have their $5 entered in Eureka wins the contest of most Northern hit.

To make is fair, we will all mail our banknotes on Monday 7 Feb. No XpressPost (or FedEx!) allowed.

The address is:

Postmaster
Eureka Station Fund
General Delivery
EUREKA NU X0A 0G0

Good luck!

Did the postmaster put you up to this so he could get a mitt full of fives?????

No, but there's a business there called "Candy Store", so perhaps the purchase of candy is in order, five dollars at a time.

Are you in?
