more on the Iraq War

Normally I keep my political views to myself. I'm a soldier and talking out is a lose, lose, lose, lose situation. If I say I'm pro-war, I'm categorized as a "typical" war-hungry soldier. If I say I'm pro-peace, I'm categorized as a coward or something. If I speak out as a soldier, I'm seen as speaking for all Canadian soldiers. And if I really speak out as a soldier, especially against the government, I can get into trouble under military law.

That all said, I just read a great article that should be required reading for everyone. And the next article in the series is pretty good also. That's all I'm going to say on that. But do read the first article at the very least as you may find that it sheds some light in certain areas. At the very least it might make you think, instead of simply jumping to uninformed conclusions based on prior notions, like most of us are guilty of more often than not. :)

Good article and credible. On a lighter note one of my patients asked me yesterday what Saddam and 'little miss muffet' have in common? ( Kurds in the way/(curds in the whey)
