1. Should I mark the url on every bill I register?
2. How does one join a team here?

Yes! Mark every bill. Another helpful tip would be to write.. track this bill…. at URL. Write something to tell the person who sees this what it means, to encourage them to go there. It will help. Trust me.

go to the teams section and check each team , if any have less than 4 you can ask to join them.
