When cleaning up my office (yes, I know, its about time!) I came across an envelope with a bunch of crisp $1 & $2 notes.
Is there any way to enter these (drop-down menu for denomination doesn't include these) and to put them into circulation?
a few problems with this… one thing is that the purpose of this site is to track money and even IF you put them in circulation, they won't stay there – guaranteed. they will be of value to collectors and if you mark them in any way they will be worth only face value (they may or may not be worth more now – find a price guide or ask someone who has one (I do). amongst the things that dr gave us to do as site assistants was to manually add such notes – however, I have NEVER been able to get the utility to work for me and if memory serves me, the other assistants reported difficulties, too. so, armed with this (and whatever else the assistants might tell you) you can choose what to do. you might even find someone who might want to buy these from you – if so… make a post in the "For Sale" forum!
