has anyone thought to look at those notes to see if they are counterfeit? no-one has heard of that prefix – it doesn't fit the convention used by the BoC (even Bill Collector, the OTHER BC) will confirm that) and $20 notes are the most frequently counterfeited banknotes…. just sayin'…

It certainly seems plausible and has even been speculated on the forums but until theres more definate sightings, it's all heresay. There seem to be newer prefixes being spotted out west while those of us near the centre of the universe (Toronto) find nothing! With partial runs of $20s spotted out there it's pretty confusing trying to sort through and figure out what the BoC is up to. We already have FIA to FIK $20s but then nothing after that.

well Bill Collector I am confused are they fakes or just a new line up for the BoC? Let us know BC.
