Can anyone tell me how a company that has revenue of between 5-6 billion dollars can loose money?

Mismanagement. Previous debt. Weak contract negotiators. Lack of competition. Poor forecasting. Poor service. Too many chiefs, and too many indians.

Are they run (even partially) by the Feds? Because if they are that would explain a lot of it…..

Simple spend between 7-8 billion dollars a year.
