First hit on a new $100 Polymer note?

Stormchaser 77 may have gotten the first hit on a new $100.

Guessing from the user note the second and third entries are from the same person who merely re-entered the bill and registered a few hours after reporting it in order to track the journey.

Can anyone confirm and verify the entries or that it's the first recorded Polymer Banknote hit?
