I was just curious how many bills one needs to enter to advance from rank to rank (eg Newbie to whatever the next level is) and if this increases one's daily limit. I'm a newbie and have only entered 38 bills as of tonight, but I'm just curious and having a lot of fun with the site.
Its a state secret as to changing ranks. Dr won't let anyone know, to keep cometition going.
Good point, I hadn't thought about that. Thanks anyways :)
The script to update users used to be run twice a week, but now it only happens on Saturday morning. In answer to your question, yes, your user level does affect your daily limit.
As for user levels, in your specific case, I suspect you will be a level higher on Saturday morning. :)
