Radar note

Can anyone tell me what radar notes are? I've had 2 so far and haven't had any response to my previous inquiries.

a radar note is one that the serial number reads the same from both ends for example 3210123 or 3695963 etc

Yep, and some people (myself included) find them collectable. That's why you should read and/or enter serial numbers before marking notes, so you don't accidentally mark a radar.

WOW! I work with numbers all day long… I can't believe I didn't catch that. Thanks to you both for the quick response. It'll be 'released' soon; hope it finds its way to a "collector".

They are not as collectable once they have been stamped…
