I have hit this user a total of 3 times… Each hit was on a stealth note… Very Interestingggggg……

Do you have a theory?

Judgeing by the number of hits he has received and the number of notes he has entered, I would guess he doesn't mark his notes…

Either that or the ink came off etc. I know that I had some "issues" with my stamp for awhile until I let the ink dry for awhile

The notes I have hit are 2 tens and 1 twenty. I doubt the ink could come off of those notes without leaving some evidence..
