Ive just stopped by to enter some new bills, and my entire bill entry history seems to have disappeared?! It is telling me that the only bills I have entered are the 3 I just did! This is upsetting, as I have been on a personal mission to add as many of the new polymer $50s as I can into the system, and now they've just disappeared??!! :(
I don't understand what could have happened… If you have one of the notes you entered before, enter it again and see what happens…
Could you provide me with a bit more info? How many notes do you remember entering, and when? Might you have one of those earlier notes or a record of the serial number still in your possession?
Could you have entered under a different user name? (more common than you might think)
However your current score does seem to indicate many previous entries.
We did have a crash about a month ago, so if you had entered in the hour before that, we will have to take a closer look.
