It doesn't look like an orphan to me only some one (CSTEIER) who found the site and only entered one bill..

Entirely possible of course. But somehow I doubt it. If someone came to the site to check it out, decided to mark a bill, I would think that they would do every bill in their wallet. And how many people have just one bill in their possession at any one time?

Of course, if Idjit could tell us if the bill was written on or stamped, that would tell us something.

I ususally only got 1 bill, but I'm a 14 year old kid, with no cash flow.
