New $5 Prefix AAR

I recently received a $5 note with the prefix AAR. Where do I send the picture?

I just added a AAR at noon today, I had no problem.
It was in poor to fair condition, not like a new prefix.

Opps, it seems to work now. Weird. The system refused to accept the bill.
