score system not working?

I have added bills to the site in the last two days and I still remain at number ten why have I not moved closer to the number one spot.

was working yesterday, I went up from #20 to #18. I just checked & now I'm at #16 so it must of updated twice since last night.

You only can go up 25 points per day… Check you points and track how much they go up each day..
