SPRINGTIME IN SASKATCHEWAN

When it's springtime in Saskatchewan
And the gentle breezes blow
About seventy miles an hour,
And it's fifty-two below;

You can tell you're in Saskatchewan
'Cause the snow's up to your butt,
As you take a breath of springtime air
And your nostrils both freeze shut.

The weather here is so wonderful,
And I guess I'll hang around.
I could never leave Saskatchewan,
My feet 're frozen to the ground.
