If anyone is interested, the dive trip to the coast was amazing. Bishop, Princess and I all survived, and Princess did her deepest dive yet (to 81 feet) which is awesome since she's only done 12 dives total. She's definitely a natural. I've posted a couple of pictures from the trip; a look at the dive boat we used, a school of fish that checked us out, and Princess on her first real salt/cold water dive (taken at roughly 40 feet underwater).

Then, yesterday, on the drive home and in a secluded spot in the Rockie Mountains, I proposed to Princess and she accepted.

Glad to hear the dive trip was a success. The pictures are great too, makes me wish I was still living on Vancover Island so I could get back into diving again. It's been a while.
What way did you go home? The Fraser Canyon or the Crowsnest? Those are the best ways to cross the Rockies, and pretty much the only way from Vancouver.
Congrats to Princess, for three things… 1) putting up with 14 other obnoxious divers for three days. 2) Your First to Sixth Dive in the ocean, and 3) Agreeing to marry DR..
She looked very comportable with the diving by the end of the weekend… wish we could have said the same for DR :)
