Question

I see the term "hit daddy" being tossed around but not exactly sure what it means, though I have a general idea. Can anyone fill me in on this please? Thanks.

Your hit daddy is the person whose bill brought you to the site…Your hit babies are people that came to the site because of one of your bills etc…If you were introduced to the site by another user but you didn't enter one of their bills they would be your hit daddy by adoption..
If you came to the site by other means you are an orphan..
Pooga is my hit daddy…If you check out my profile you can see who my hit babies are…

but there should also be hit mommies too right?

meangene79, you are one of the few that have become active in this site without seeing a bill.

I'm trying to make a "family tree" of our little community, with dr being of course at the root. With his descendents from word of mouth (T-rev, Princess, Bish0p, etc), search engines (kaiser, wes_bos), websites (Pooga, MmmBeer, kimberlite), media (meangene79, tinytim), and "hit-babies" (JaketheDrifter). This makes for an interesting tree.

There are some users that I haven't been able to figure out how they arrived at the site (STORMCHASER77, SAUCY-EYE, Circlesky, etc.). Some entered a bill as anonymous and then joined and I couldn't find who their hit-daddy was.

There are also many who have entered a few bills and have not returned.

This is just a project I'm doing, and hopefully I'll be able to put it on the web to show you all. But as with all family trees it is an ongoing project. (Where else can there be 5-20 "babies" born every day?)
