For that info, you need to check the 'Team Chat' board, "Bills Entered Stats'. In the meantime, I think there's medication available for your problem…:)
Bills entered as a team is NOT a valid way of evaluating a team; and I'll tell you why. What you are doing is simply adding up the number of bills the users on the team have entered over the span of the existance of the website, rather than the number of bills the users enters from when the team was formed. Otherwise, I simple have to "suggest" to Pooga that he join the Originals and then we're in the lead. But evencounting only the bills entered since the team was formed won't work as Team ZZZ might have been formed in November, but I didn't join until December.
The point is, Team West is in 4th place because the only valid way to judge a team (at this point) is based on Team CMT Score. If entering bills was all that was necessary, then you could take out $40000 from your RRSP, get it all in fives and then re-deposit it without taking the time to mark the bills.
As I've said before, this site is not about who can enter the most bills, it's about where money has been, which involves getting hits. And it is not necessarily the case that the person who enters the most bills will get the most hits; over time and if they are marking their bills, ya, then maybe. But right now look at the way things have panned out: Pooga has the most hits and he's 3rd in the number entered category; I'm second for hits and I'm 5th in terms of bills entered. This is because we don't simply enter bills, we take the time to mark the bills to increase hits, thus allowing everyone to see where money ends up. Which, ultimately makes the site way more fun for everyone. To me, there is almost no point in entering a bill if you aren't marking the bill and putting it back into circulation (with the exception of the older bills for tracking or the sake of fun). Because with so much currency in circulation, I'd say the chances of an unmarked bill getting hit is slim to none.
Those are my thoughts.

I have to agree. Perhaps a third or more of the bills I entered before I got my first hit went out unmarked. It is virtually pointless to enter a bill and not put the URL on it in some fashion, as the chance of a hit is negligible. And most hits do come from anonymous entries. I've only picked up two bills in a normal fashion that have been marked by others.
I agree, and you said it yourselves: if you mark bills and send them out you will get hits. If you mark a few, you'll get a few hits. If your mark thousands, you'll get thousands of hits. I don't understand the debate. The only difference I see between team members is that some started first, and their bills have been circulating longer (i.e. more time to generate a hit). A person who has started later has a handicap with the CMT score because their bills haven't been out there as long. That's why my interest is in #bills entered. Since I can't compete with someone who's had their hook in the water longer than me, maybe I can catch up by fishing with more hooks.
Something also needs to be said here for the effort put in by those who enter bills. This occupies some time and effort and if it were not for the belief that hard work and dedication pay off, I wouldn't do it. All of my bills, save maybe the first 100 or so I did before I got my stamp were marked. The long and short of it is this: I think its great to see a hit on one of my bills. I also get a lot of enjoyment from other stats as well, like # bills entered, multiple hits, etc. Frankly, I almost never look at the CMT score because it has no meaning for me- I have no idea how we arrive at it.
I also think that, until hits start to roll in for a new member, the ONLY satisfaction they can get is from seeing their bills total accumulate. It's competition with fellow members that gives me enjoyment and encouraged me to work hard to enter quite a few bills. My final point: I think that anything, including statistics and freindly cometition that encourage members to enter as many MARKED bills as they can is good for the site. Again, the math is simple: 100's of MARKED bills = 100's of hits.
1000's of MARKED bills = 1000's of hits.
This is not what i am trying to say.. All I want is the Team score in the info box. It would be kind of nice, a different catagory of team stats for bills. NOT COMBINED with hits!!!!!

Same here, it's more meaningful to me.
