older 100 bill

I marked an older 100 dollar bill, 1975, but there is no way for anyone to enter it if found, any chance of this changing ?

e-mail DR. He can put it in manually.

i did email DR but he hasn't put it in yet, but the question is, will an anonoymus (sp) user want to have the time to do that if they want to enter in the website? Or do i just have to cross my fingers? heh
