New $20 prefix FVW

I picked up a new Cdn $20 note today with prefix F V W - Add Note refused it as unknown prefix.

There are a few "new" prefixes that are missing in the system.
Our System Administrator is working on trying to get them input.

Just write the serial # down and pass it along (without marking). When/if the prefixes get added, you can then add the #.
