Today I received a marked note ($10) and, yes, it is one of mine.
(I immediately recognized it by my stamp)
Al you know I cannot enter it into the system because I already have.
Questions are: what do I do now? Is it recordable?? Do I simply just pass it along?
Well here's what I did… I stamped it once again (yes two stamps on the note now). On the back, discreetly(?). And yes, passed it along on its way…
So….if you get a $10note that has two (2) stamps on the back, you'll know it's mine and why it has 2 stamps.
Should/could I have done anything differently besides just letting it go??
you can add it to your favourites and any notes in you favourites you know they came back to you…And you released them again..

Its happened to me a few times too. The worst is when I get a stealth note back after a few months

If I had of been using my head, I would have searched 'my entries' for the serial # to see when I entered it and where I got it from.

notes like this should be sent to Bankcollector so he may take care of you getting it back like bears who keep coming back they send them far away. I have the address if needed.
I should say at least send a pm or email with the numbers
It is probably found upon, but a person on another site created a second user to record only the notes that come back to them. Something like movie-ghost, It is known that this person is using this to just record their stamped notes that come back to them, but it does give them a hit though.
I've only had it happen once in 7 years, I think, but if it was happening 3 or 4 times a year I would think of doing something.
No…I will not create another profile.
That is not correct in my mind.
Besides, I am busy enough with my one & only account.
