Seen, not entered

Today at Siagon subs I seen a bill that was marked, but the person ahead of me got it.. AHHH It was a fiver with a small red stamp on the face of laurier.
I belive it said

I think it is lil_satan's bill, I tried to get it from the person but he never gave, he said he wold enter it.. , oh well. Maybe it was a willy bill, I dont know.

Anyway, If it was yours I found it.

Speaking of that, I think I saw a person put a marked bill into a slot machine at the casino here last night. Couldnt read it, but you could tell they were words and not just scribbling on the bill.
