but you know, it would be nice if Bank Of Canada could post all their bills here that they destroy/mutilate. I'd be curious to know how many of our bills that are marked here at CMT are mutilated.

We have talked about having someone opn the inside at gatherings as well…
anyone thought of askin the bank… when I worked at McDonald's and did the deposit… CIBC had us separate out the wreaked bills and write the number on a separate sheet as it made their job easier… my boss said they did log it somewhere… hate to think we did it all for nothing… :0
in some financial institutions, they put aside all their mutilated money that is going to be shipped to Central, then when they get enough bundles, they ship them off… No serial's are kept. The only thing that is kept is how many bundles of whatever. when the FI's order the cash, the mutilated that goes out is often in better shape than what is received in a Cash Order.
