That being said, and not being a lawyer, I was wondering if you shouldn't date the policy and guideline pages just to cover yourself?

Does this mean that I can't use the CMT logo as a signature in my email???

Ya, of course you can continue to use that in your email. And regarding the date, I'm not really sure if it's necessary but maybe for the next version. :)

2 two things dr. I was suprised and pleased to see the chat link on the home page! But then I remembered it was one of the bugs from the original deployment. Secondly the code of conduct at the top of the forums was so interesting I clicked on it instead of your message about the release. Very nice touch!!!!
