I think that bill was on a private jet and as they flew over that city, they entered it with their laptop with a satelite uplink to the net - very possible, I've seen it happen before (snicker, snicker)

naaah….I do that in my 4 cylinder neon all the time….or is that just 41 kph?…hahaha

maybe they just wrote the number down to enter later. I have done that. sometimes a day later

You bet it is. Happens to me all the time. The hit will be entered somewhere faraway and the comment will read "got at Palace Casino in Edmonton" lol
