After 2 months since I finished my testing(which has seemed like an eternity) I finally got a call today from the Comm Squadron that my application has come back and I will be sworn in the third week in August! =) =) I'm soo excited!! Now a month doesn't seem like that long to wait..LOL
Congrats. Welcome to the world of the CF. Of course, it's too bad you joined the Comms. But no matter.

I don't know what you're doing dr, military personel seem to be attracted to this site. Now a long time user is turning to the military. Sarge may have to add this site to his recruiting process.
haha..actually..that's sort of how it worked. At the gathering at BP's on 51st I was talking to Sarge about the possibility of joining after I was done school and he suggested I try the Reserves now to see what it's like. I'm sorry you don't approve of my choice DR…=P…the Captain that interviewed me down at CFRC was actually surprised Sarge didn't try to recruit me to his unit! LOL

I DID suggest you join the Sercive Battalion, but after you mementioned your education background, I thought you are more suited to Communications. I'm not biased when it comes to recruiting. If someone is more suited to any other trade, classification or unit other than my own, I'll direct them to it. To me, the priority is to get the person into uniform - even (ugh) NAVY!
MASTER, I'll still see you in the field eventually, we often have Comms Sqn pers attached to us on exercises, or other training.
(DR…if you get a 28 year old female former MSEOP from my unit coming to your unit as an officer cadet in the fall - she just moved to Calgary - you can blame/thank me!)
