My guess is that it isn't an orphan.

Before resurrection joined there were two bills entered as anonymous, twelve minustes before resurrection entered a bill of Idjit's and five of his own.

I think that resurrection may have entered all the bills first as anonymous and then the six after he joined. He probably didn't mark them and when he received them from the bank he entered it again. Lafleche isn't that big, so it's possible to get your bill back from the bank.

I wonder if Idjit had a hit go to heaven on the first bill resurrection found?
