1989 $10 with serial number BEH2191912. I would say it is very good condition. Some tiny rips along the bottom edge especially. Not stamped or written on. Let me know if anyone is interested in this radar note.

I'll tell you right off the bat, I took another look at the bill and I wonder if it is "good" condition or "very good" - who knows? I'm not a professional grader. <P> Well I'm not sure what I want for it. It depends on how you want the bill to be sent - regular mail or registered. I haven't looked into it yet, I've been so busy. Anyway $13 is probably fine for regular mail. I'll let you two decide who wants it more.

Also, I hate to have to ask this, but can anyone vouch for your sending the payment?

If you sign up to hyperwallet.com, i can get you the money pronto, tommorow, And you can send it to me, the bill, the same day. Canadian post is fine, just remember to put it between cardboard, or something hard so it doesnt get crumpled in the mailing process.
