The site that I relied on for prefix verification has shutdown.
It started in 1990, the founder of the site died in 2010, and the volunteer running it since then has quit. Nobody wanted to take over site maintenance and pay for the domain and hosting, and so it was shutdown.
That leaves me two choices:
- Find another site that will offer prefix verification
or
- Require ALL users who wish to report new prefixes submit pictures of the notes in question.
Any help with #1 would be greatly appreciated.

Send an original bill with the new prefix to Pooga for verification. Please note all bills sent for verification become the property of the site.

That site requires a LOT of time and effort.
We had the email verification with photo a while back, but the system is broken. Think that dr killed it, and the old weekly mailouts, because it was increasing his costs (i.e. extra bandwidth)
I meant the prefix site Pooga not this one and we know how hard you work on this site and we all thank you very much.
That's what I meant. The other site was practically a full time job.
I have to agree with the previous comments.
I'm very sure that we all know that if it wasn't for Pooga this site would fall apart. Undoubtedly, a lot of time is spent on it.
