hit for HOGGS??

you know I entered bills tonight and one of them #AWN7853779 was one of them. It did not have a stamp on it so when entering the bill I stamped it and entered it as one of mine. Apparently HOGGS, you did not stamp the bill. You may have entered it but forgot to stamp it. Sorry now it has my stamp on it. Sorry…It appears like you will get credit for it becausse I did get an e-mail telling me that you got a hit. anyway thats my story and I am sticking to it…LOL.. I am not sure what happens in that case. Hopefully I have not messed up to badly!!!!!!!!

this is normal. It is his bill and you gave him a hit for it. Any further hits on this bill and you will also get credit for it. It does not matter who's stamp is on it, only who enters it. I also entered a bill that had not been stamped that belomnged to someone else. Some users do not stamp their bills thats all.

You did nothing wrong maggiemae. When you enter an unmarked bill that gives a hit, we call them stealth hits. Some like MASTERRAISTLIN, aren't allowed to mark bills from work but enter them anyways. A lot of us entered hundreds of bills before starting marking them.

I know HOGGS usually marks his bills so he must have missed stamping this one. If you ever find one of my bills that is unmarked, please feel free to mark it yourself because I haven't received any hits on the hundred or so unmarked entries I have.

OkaY kayfbee thanx. just explain to me though if you entered the bill and I find it and enter it. It is a hit for you but if I stamp it the next time it is found and put in the puter, it becomes a hit for me?????

About the only thing I can see you did wrong was post the full serial number of the bill!! Edit your message so it looks like #AWN78***79 so it can't generate false hits. Other than that I wish I could feel the excitment of giving some one else a hit!!LOL!
