mutilated bill

My wife works for The Credit Union in Punnichy sk formily Bank of Montreal she just emailed me to say a bill with the stamp on it was being sent to be destroyed checked it out it was on of mine.

was it b/c it had a stamp on it or because it was poor shape?

it was poor shape my wife wouldn't do that to me
