I know Idjit and HOGGS (and a few others) don't like to put comments on their entries because of the number of bills they are entering. But if you look at Sarge, Saucey and myself, we always have.
It's not that difficult, and you can consider it advertising for your business! And when you've entered it once, you don't have to enter it again anyways. (IF you hit 'back after every bill), and the next time you're entering bills, it's right in the comment menu, no hassles.
I agree 100% with Pooga. Makes it way more interesting when you get a hit too, and for anyone looking at the hit as well.
I usually do now, also. But i dont if i dont know where i got the bill?!?!?!?!?
A bill well-travelled tells a lot.
Have you any suggestions I get bills from the bank and from customers got to enter them fast or I might miss some.I have my internet telephone and debit machine on the same line so sometimes half way through some bills I will have to go offlline so my cust can pay there bill.

Simple. Once you've entered 'Received from a customer at Xxxxxx ' or 'From the Xxxxx Bank' , (the only two locations you mentioned), it'll be in the drop down menu. And it holds your last 5 comments anyway. Hit 'back' after entering the first bill and all you have to worry about is the serial number.

ya, I am hardcore on the comments… I got one bill on my paper route and some guy in Toronto got it as change from a dry cleaners…
