hit heaven???

how can i tell why a bill went to hit heaven? I have one there and was just wondering.

Click on 'User' at the top of the page. There will be a section called 'Visit hit heaven.' You'll be able to view all your bills that end up there. Hope that helps. :)

I think the only way to find out for sure is to email dr and ask him why….but he's got lots of other things on the go……may take a long time to get an answer…. :-]

okay meangene thanx i think i know what went wrong. i have one in hit heaven and the person may have entered the bill twice. I won't bother DR about this. i understand.

Whoops, misread your post maggiemae, LOL. Sorry about that. Must have been late when I read it. Reasons can vary. I had one sent there because it was given as change at the meeting here last month unbeknownst (sp?) to me.
