I had a question. Two, in fact.
One: Anyone know when the new twenties are coming out? I thought they were supposed to be this month, but I haven't seen 'em yet. Not that I'm complaining…(We can keep the bird bills, as far as I'm concerned!)
Two: (Sorry it's not a paper money one!) Anyone seen the new Queen's head on the coins yet? I saw an ad for them the other day saying they're in circulation.
Gee, two new queen's heads! Can we handle it? LOL
Hope they don't make her look like an old bag on either the bills or the coins. Though I wouldn't be surprised if they did, especially considering McDonald and Laurier's new portraits…Anyone seen any of Britain's new coins? She's pretty scary on those ones. Looks about 300.

I found a penny the other day and it had the new queens face on it. The penny was kind of messed from being on the floor, but it looked alright.
The year on it was 2003, so there is 2 2003 coins with diff. pics of the queen.
I heard the new 20's are coming out late next year.
This is the 1st time they've introduced a new face halfway through the year, isn't it? They waited in '64 and '89 to change the faces…
They should be out the end of this year..
At work I also saw the new dimes.

I actually got a brand new roll of them from the bank on Friday when I did my coin order. They were nickles

I'm in windsor, ON, if we happen to come across another roll and have $2 on me, I'll buy it. I think it might have been a fluke, since she had come in for lunch and mentioned it to her, I guess the box they got from the mint had one roll in it. I'll keep me eyes open
They're out in Stratford! I'm not sure where you're located, Raceday, but I got a two-dollar, a nickel, and two pennies of them in change the other day!
I must say I am actually impressed with the new face and like it a lot. I'm usually a bit pessimistic with all the Bank's new coins and bills these days, but I like how she looks on the coins a lot. I think they managed to age her gracefully without making her look homely or with several chins (like they did in Britain!).
I have only recieved Nickles and pennies with the new portrait on it. They came out in august.
