Looks like I will be there late Saturday evening, like about 9 or 10 PM. Never been there before, so if someone would like to say hello… where should we meet?

Possibly at the lounge in the west end, just before the Show Lounge? It tends to be full on Saturdays, so if not there maybe the restaurant at the east end? Just a couple suggestions. Lord_Comedy, will you be there? If so, where would you think would be a good place? Those are the only two I can think of right now. By the way, Pooga, if you want you can email me, meangene79@hotmail.com if you'd like, just make the title something to do with the website so I don't inadvertently delete it.

Sorry for posting so much, but a better place might be the Whistle Stop bar, its right by the front entrance.

watch them machines, i was there thanxgiving weekend, and the machines wouldn't take my 'marked' money heh

Yeah, certain machines it seems won't take marked money, but if that fails, they won't reject it at the change counter….might get a funny look like I usually do, but that's all, LOL.

When you go to a casino..they want your money…if it's marked or not….One way or another,,,they will take it….believe me

Absolutely. Its just the change people look at the marked bills funny…even overheard comments like "Why do people do this to bills?" Pretty funny if you ask me, hehe.

yeah I spent some tome at the moose jaw casino the other day and I got several comments about the bills taht were marked. Most were not going into the machines and of course i would have to ask for a nice crispy one… :-)

Sorry to anyone who might have been waiting for me on Saturday night. I simply could not get there.

My partner and I did MUCH better in the bonspiel than we had any right to expect. We ended up playing late into Saturday evening. My partner won the 'A' side draw, and I won the 'B' side draw! And after that, we celebrated for quite a while!!!

Did manage to get to the casino Sunday afternoon about 1PM.

I've never met a machine that didn't like my money….marked or otherwise.
