I know it seems as though things aren't right on the site, but Im certain that itll get better.
I can say from experience that it took me forever to move up, get promoted, etc. But I keep it up and WHAMMO, one day everything changed.
So, dont be discouraged, stay involved.
Who knows, one day another WHAMMO might happen 🤞
