Time for a Promotion ?

With 13 years on this site on December 21st. , it would be nice to move off User level. For a system that is supposed to be automatic it appears you must kick the system and wake it up. I enter often and read the forums and look at the newsletter but still I remain a 35 entry limit user. How is this fair? Santa Pooga may I have a Christmas Gift this year?
