Boomerang???

Need to have a new name for something like this.

A classic boomerang is a bill that is hit in the same location that it originated, but the comments suggest it was obtained somewhere else. Now in the case of this yo-yo, the bill was hit elsewhere first before being hit again at 'home'. Hmmm, yo-yo? homer? homing bill?

A yo-yo, like a boomerang, never actually stays at a destination (floor?) before returning to its departure (hand).

So I think homing pigeon (bill) would be a more appropriate name. Or maybe vacation bill (sees the country and returns home).
