hit on a stealth note

too many. One time i got a wad of 5's from the bank, which appeared uncirculated, all were in order and after listing 2 that gave someone a hit, then one from the middle, I quit entering them. and no I dont mark them if they were not marked to begin with. If you cannot mark them, dont enter them. I dont have time to mark everything and thus do not enter them. not much point in entering which takes more time than stamping. and I write on them with a marker.

BANKCOLLECTOR

1.) New members who have not got a stamp.
2.) Members who do large volumes of entries makes it very time consuming to mark every bill.
3.) Entering company money where the boss(s) frown on you stamping the bills.
These are some of the reasons bills go out stealth. I enter large volumes of notes and at time some are required to pay for something and there is no time for stamping. There are so many reasons bills go unstamped and while it greatly decreases the chances of getting hits from new non members, It is a thrill for me to hit a stealth. Happy Tracking.

I will agree with BC.
I also enter a large amount of notes.
I do try to stamp ALL my notes, but there are some get get through, and at times i just get overwhelmed and tired and need the notes to pay for bills/items, and as a result, go out without a stamp.
Yes, NEW trackers may also not have a stamp yet and therefore also have notes going out without stamps.
Then, yes, there are some trackers that don’t stamp notes at all.

We all appreciate someone adding a stamp to a note received without one but it is not expected.

Everyone has the right to their own thoughts in regarding to stamp or not to stamp. I personally am a FOR to stamp as I believe it greatly enhances the chances of getting the ‘hit’.
