i really have only a passing interest in scores here so i guess that's why this question only occurs to me now. i was looking at the top users and noted that there are, today, 4 people with scores over 900. what has been the greatest number of people with scores higher than 900? what has been the highest score obtained by a user? maybe these are other stats that dr might consider tallying on the top 10 page. :)
well with the scoring an easy mathematical equation..
roughly
square root ( Ln ( bills entered) ) * ( Ln ( Hits +1 )) * (1- ( days of inactivity / 90 ))
hits give you mor points than bills entered do..
then when you leave the site your score drops roughly 1 % / day
However with the new version.. coming out soon..
DR has said the scoring will be changing.. so i'll have to figure out if he will use the same formula and just change the variable.. or if it will change completely
I believe that these four users are the only ones with a score over 900. Idjit was there first, then Pooga and HOGGS, and then JaketheDrifter.
As for the highest score, it probably is Idjit's after he enters his next bill.
